My sisters and I have this thing that no matter what my parents get a new grandchild every 2 years.
10 nephew
8 neice (July)
6 Miguel (lune)
4 sister MC
2 nephew (November)
0- We though we were going to miss this time because Well I got a call and my older sister seems to have gotten pregnant before her DH got surgery. My little sister says she's glad she's safe for another two years! lol...

So my little sister is jumping for joy because she feels she has two years before it's her turn. Okay so long story short I'm going to be an aunt again.

My parents are about to have grandchild #9. Ours have come randomly, though. My brother's oldest daughter will be 9 later this month (1999), Ani turned 8 in February (2000), my brother's second daughter turned 7 in April (2001), Cameron will be 7 in October (2001), my sister's son will be 5 in August (2003), my brother's third daughter turned 3 in April (2005), Fritz will be 2 in July (2006), my brother's youngest daughter will be 1 in August (2007), and Adrian is due next month (2008).

Congratulations! My dad & step-mother are working on great-grandkids now. There are 5 of us kids all together and we're all done having kids except for my step-brother who doesn't seem to have any prospects as of yet. There are 12 grandkids in all, plus 1 great-grandson. It's so hysterical to me to think of my dad as a great-grandfather and my sister as a grandmother!

My older sister and I are all done that's why it was such a surprise. My little sister was the first in our family to bypass the first child rule. This was suppose to be my little sisters year. My grandma had her first great-grand child that wasn't from my family lasts year.
