I was just wondering if any of you have checked out the digital version of the Old Schoolhouse magazine? I recently acquired a subscription to the digital version of The Old Schoolhouse Magazine. I like to get online while I drink my coffee in the mornings and check my email or just browse. This is the perfect way to enjoy my coffee!! I love magazines and I love the Internet so I am really enjoying this digital magazine. The Old Schoolhouse has so much information in each issue! One thing I really like is the fact that with the digital subscription, you can click on interesting links as you see them. When I am reading magazines I always see things that I want to look into more but then never actually do it. Well, with this, I can just click on the link right then to check it out. The other thing I like is the fact that I like things to be clutter free in my house. I am not one to have a big stack of magazines lying around until I can read them. This digital magazine is perfect for that!! I have my link saved and it doesn't take up any space! Whenever I find a minute to read my magazine, I can just open it up, read and then close the page when I am done, no messy piles of unread magazines sitting on my table or desk!! I love it! Just thought I would pass along my review for anyone who is like me and likes to keep things clutter free!

I'm on the fence about digital magazines. I have trouble reading all across a page on the screen because of my eye problems and tend to read magazines in bed (and then they go right in the trash - used to keep them, but I never looked at them again so figured why bother). I am NOT a TOS fan, though. I used to subscribe and got sick of their thinly veiled advertisements for HSLDA (of which I am DEFINITELY not a fan) that they passed off as articles. The clincher for canceling my subscription is when the whole entire issue lauded all over HSLDA... and that was right after HSLDA got some very excellent homeschool-related legislation killed here in VA because they wanted a change that homeschoolers here did NOT want (and they've done that many times).

I am with Heather. I am not a fan either. I am glad you are enjoying it though.

I am glad your enjoying it. I don't like to read something too long the computer. I would be like Heather reading in bed or the bath.
