Mon, Tue, and Wed are catch up days for my own sanity. No school. Just laundry, shopping, etc. In the evenings, we have t-ball, financial planner, church, and working on selling/renting our house.

Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, my mom and grandma will be here.

Shopping for school supply deals at Office Depot and Target. I went yesterday to Target and found some fabulous finds in their dollar section for our geography studies and I got some great art caddies for $2.50 each!

At Office Depot I got the 6 pack of wired notebooks for 50 cents each (limit 2), 12 pack of erasers for 10 cents each (limit 3) and plastic rulers 5 cents each (limit 3).

The rest of my week is going to be spent working on our school calendar, lesson planing and waiting for the last few books to come in the mail from Paperback swap. We got free over 10 books free with our bookcredits to get some of our curriculum materials:

Horizons Preschool book 1 TM (we have the student book that we are currently using)
Horizons Preschool book 2 TM

Explode the Code book 1
Explode the Code Teacher's guide for books 1 and 2

Maps and Globes by Jack Knowlton
Maps and Mapping by Barbara Taylor
The Usborne Internet Linked Children’s World Cookbook by Angela Wilkes
Native American Arts and Cultures by Mary Connors

Sharing the Joy of Nature: Nature Activities for all ages by Joseph Bharat Cornell.
Nature Crafts for Kids by Gwen Deihn and Terry Krautwurst
Sandra. Wife to Timothy and Homeschool mom to Michael and Matthew

Married for 16+ years to the love of my life.

We started the week slow as my little one came back from Grandmas with a cough and cold. Today we did get some math in and my older one went bowling with friends. Hopefully dd6 will finish up math this week and we will pick and choose what we still want to do from the reading curriculum. DD15 just finished up math and needs to finish up vocabulary and chemistry, although she will work on the latter through the summer.

I also plan to head to the park this week and maybe more bowling (we are doing the kids bowl free promotion), and hopefully to the farmer's market. I did organized our school bookcase so now I can find things!

Oh, and I need to oder a few more items for dd15 for next year...physics, vocabulary and grammar. Yikes!

I havent a clue LOL.

Yesterday afternoon my husband checked himself into the hospital because of severe pain in his abdomen and a bad headache. Turns out the headache was from oxygen being low(the cancer is in his liver and lungs).

Im at my moms which is 1 1/2 hrs away so I cant get to him cuz he's got our vehicle plus my mom and sis wont drive us and there is noone to watch the boys even if I could get a car.

So Im sitting here waiting for word on the next step and figuring out ways to get to him.

Thats my week.

~My thanks to *Kiliki* for the siggy and Lucy S for the blinkies~
