If your kids have daily chores is it something they have to get done before school or after? Or is it a little bit here and there?

They do then when they need done, for the most part. Dishes for example get done when the sink is full. Or at least, the earliest time possible after it becomes full.

Garbage to the curb every week is Lissy's chore and that has to be done early, so she usually does it before school.

But for most chores, there is no set time, as long as it gets done at some point during the day.

The only chore that really matters in the morning is feeding the dog and (Friday only) taking out the trash. Otherwise, all the chores are done at dinnertime.

They make their beds as soon as they get up, in the afternoon, one helps me unload the dishwasher, the other is responsible for setting the table at supper. Then they clean up their room before bed.

I would love to have enough time for them to do their morning chores before school but it rarely happens. Most of the time they do them after school because we are in such a rush to get school done early so that when my baby naps we are doing MFW and reading. After that they normally do the chores. They have morning, day and night chores to do.

We do them here and there, but for the most part after school is done for the day.

My son does his trash duty here and there but only when dad gets home and it is overflowing. Wish it was before dad got home.

They are *supposed* to make their beds in the morning, then we drop Joey off at preschool, come home and have breakfast, wash their own breakfast dish, then we do school for 2 hours before picking up Joey. Then when we get back we do school again, lunch, lunch dishes, finish school (if not done already) then pick up their room and do their other chores. It doesnt always work out that way, but basically thats how we handle the chores here. And on laundry day, they take short breaks when its their turn to wash their clothes.
