How was everyone's day today? Any plans for the weeekend??

Friday's seem like catch up day for us - at least is was today since we missed almost 2 days of schooling this week. But we did accomplish alot and even finished everything by 12:30! The little ones had a good day too with no major meltdowns. I woke up this morning determined to have a positive attitude all day no matter what and it really helped. I even got the house cleaned! But I think I'm going to let Dh make dinner tonight-- veggie pizzas, yum!
Weekend plans include taking part in a hunger walk tomorrow, spending some time with a couple of friends, church on Sunday, and relaxing. Oh yeah and homework for my classes if I can find the motivation.

Well, the PS kids were out of school yesterday and today for "fall break". This always cracks me up. I mean, they just started school a month ago, they'll have three days (plus a weekend) off for T-Giving in a month, and they need a 2 day fall break? Give me a break!! Whew! Rant over! We had school yesterday but I watched my little brother today (he's 10) so The Kids just had fun playing with their uncle! We'll get back "in the swing" on Monday!
