WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!
We made it through our second year...first full year....of homeschooling. I think it is safe to say that I am no longer a rookie at this. It feels Great!!

I have decided that I will do one or two math lessons a week with Madison through the summer, though probably not consistently. She is a little behind, plus, I don't want her to go three months with no exposure to all of the new things that she has learned. She is fine with it. I just hope I can stick to it.

Jeff and I are going to take the kids out to eat and to see Shrek tomorrow in celebration of finishing school. They are so excited !! SO AM I!

Woo hoo!! I'm so excited for you!!

Our last day will be next Thursday and I can hardly wait! I think I'm going to gather my homeschooling friends and take a trip to the zoo, if it's not raining. I've got really bad short-timers disease, and I REALLY want to have tomorrow be our last day because I keep thinking "What's 4 days? Any PS kids might miss 4 days because of being sick!" but then I figure that it's ONLY 4 more days and then any days that we have school in the summer can just count toward next year. We'll be doing math in the summer a little bit, too, just so she doesn't forget everything she learned!
