Hi there!!!Thought I would stop in and show my support!I vaccinate all my girls...and I have 4 of themI'm a member of the Jan 09 PR and was reading an argument against the swine flu today and realized I'm tired of second guessing myself and needed a community of supporters

All mine have had all their shots, my oldest was among some of the first to get the chicken pox shot when it came out, and had no problems.....last week the 3 older girls had their Flumist while Ava, my littlest 8 months old, had her first half dose!!!!!

I'm Heidi, by the way, mama to Marysa(14 yrs), Kylee (9 yrs), (Mackenzie 7 yrs), and Ava(8 months)

This seems like a great board and I hope to stop in more if you'll have me?
Thank you Jaidynsmum!!And thanks Matilda for our PR Banner!

Hi Heidi! I'm Crissy, mom to the 5 named in my siggy There was a discussion about swine flu vaccine in Kate's PR (Feb 09) today too. I was annoyed at the misinformation and made a post in the thread but I am sure some people just wrote me off but maybe I reached somebody so I'm not sorry.
Anyways, welcome!

Welcome!! Yes, we'd love to have you pop in more!!

I'm Lacey(24), mama to Landan (8/17/03-11/16/06) & Layne (11/1/08) and married to Andy!
My 3yr old son Landan died 23hrs after being diagnosed with Meningococcal Meningitis. It is a potentially vaccine preventable disease. The vaccine isn't on the schedule until 11-12yrs but is approved for use at age 2yrs. Our second son received the vaccine in December 2010 when he was 2yrs old. My son & thousands of other children prove that a vaccine is needed at a younger age.
