Have you ever been too tired to sleep?

I don't think I have had a good night's sleep in well over a year. I'm so tired that my body aches, and my mind gets fuzzy.. but I can't sleep. It use to be the baby that kept me up all night, then the discomfort of the current pregnancy.

Well, we got a new bed, so I'm more comfortable, and the baby is sleeping through the night now most of the time (knock on wood). So why am I still awake?

I tried turning everything off and just laying down. I tried watching really boring tv. I tried watching what I ate and cutting it off early in the eve. Nothing seems to work. I have to be up in a few hours to get ready for a doc appointment, but I'm sitting here wide awake.. well.. sort of like a zombie. I'll be exhausted most of the day tomorrow and have a hard time getting going in the morning after I do get a couple hours in.

oh well.. maybe after the baby arrives, I'll be able to take something to help me relax.

Anyone else a night-owl these days?
