This was the worst pump for me! I used it for a couple of months and it was NOT for me. #1, it's SO LOUD!!!! #2 it hurt after 10 minutes of pumping #3 it started to affect my let-down reflex (it's so loud and disturbing, I couldn't relax enough to let-down).

I definitely wouldn't reccommend this one. But I'm ALL FOR the Medela Pump InStyle Advance (what a difference!)

Is this the Double Select? I have this pump.... and I agree- It's SO loud. I hate how loud it is. I can't hear the TV or the baby if he wakes up.. It's really abnoxious. It has worked for me for 5+ months but I wouldn't reccommend it. It's hard to travel with (no case)

I agree though, sometimes my milk hasn't come down. Not often, but offten enough to bother me. And it does hurt my nips sometimes. I'm definately going to invest in a PIS next time around.
