just started taking this a couple of days ago...do i really need to take it with the thistle? anyone have experience with or without?
also, how long did any of you who tried oatmeal have to eat it before you saw a difference?

I've taken fenugreek without the blessed thistle and it worked fine for me, took about a week to see a difference and it increased my supply by an ounce every time I pumped.

You can do without it. My lactation consultant recommended taking them together though.

I only do the oatmeal and it took about 3 days to see an improvement, I eat a bowl a day or several homemade oatmeal cookies just to keep my supply up!

i didn't do either but I'm interested to hear how you're going .... have you noticed an increase yet??
