So, my pumping schedule hasn't changed much, and all of a sudden my supply has dropped... a lot. Right in a middle of a growth spurt, of course. My left side feels a bit clogged, but my right side feels normal. I went from 4-5 oz per breast each time, to only 2 per breast. Any suggestions? I'm going to try to drink my Mother's Milk Tea today, but I have no idea why this happened!

Have you replaced your pump parts recently? ARe you drinking enough water and eating enough food? The amount I pump out dropped big time when Ava turned 7months old, and I'm not sure if it's bc I'm not reacting to the pump as well as I use to, or if it's b/c she's eating more solid foods.

Mine has suddenly dropped too...I used to be able to pump 5 or 6oz at each pumping session and now I'm down to 2 or 3oz. I'm increasing my pumping and eating more oatmeal trying to get it back up..

Maybe you can try power pumping? Pumping on 10 mins, off 10 mins, for about an hour or so once or twice a day for a couple days. It helps mimic a growth spurt so it may give you a boost. Good luck!
