My son was born by C Section May 18 2005 at 2:51 pm. I went into labor the night before at about 11pm. Got pitocin to speed up contractions, fully dilated, tried pushing for an hour, he wasnt moving down.. My epidural was messed up.. I could feel EVERYTHING on the right side of my body and I thought I was gonna pass out. They tried forceps, decided to take him C-Section. I wanted a VB but didn't care how he came out by that time! 9lbs 6oz. Just too big for me! He had meconium in water, but came out a Healthy baby boy! I When I have another baby I am doing elective C-Section b/c I think it would be the same outcome anyway. I'll just skip all the pain, thank you!
