I am only having two bridesmaids and by the time we get married they will be 13 and 11 roughly, they are really little girly girls and I want to find dresses that suit them and their age and aren't really babylike. I've not really found any bridesmaids ranges that would suit that kind of age group.

Would you find dresses outside of bridesmaids ranges or keep searching? or look into designing your own and having them made?

I would look in regular stores... bridemaids dresses are too stiff and stuffy for girls that age... look at juniors or department stores.

I keep lurking in here because i love reading this stuff, but i just hafta ask...what kind of style are you looking for? My sister had two of our young cousins included in her bridal party as well. Some stores had sections for "junior bridesmaids" and had dress styles just for them. In my sisters case they were even able to have the same style dress as the older girls with some modifications like thicker straps to tone down the "adult style" for the younger ones.
