Im so excited i have my first appt on Friday and its 9am-11am so a good 2 hour appt. Im figuring its going to be some paper work and whatever else she does. Im wondering if she requires me to do a pap or not, im thinking of waiting till next appt if she does because my kids will be with my Friday and i dont' want the girls to see me get a pap lol. She said were going to try and listen for the heartbeat, i have all these worries that shes not going to find it and somethings going to be wrong, i just hope that once i go all my fears can be set at ease. I've had 4 losses and its very hard for me to enjoy the 1st trimester without tons of worry. Anyway ill be sure to update everyone and let you all know how the appts goes Friday

Fun....My midwife couldn't find the heartbeat but she said that she didn't expect to...their doplars are less sensitive...but that is because they can also be used in water where the ones at the OB are more sensitive but aren't water friendly....so I'm ok...I feel a movement a least once a day so I'm good with that confirmation.

Keep us posted on how it goes! YAY for a first appt...
Momma to Emma, Elzie, Gretchen, Olive, and Rogan

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.
