anyone else have this? my dr wants me to get a shot at 28 weeks. we are in the process of switching to a midwife and i want to know if anyone else has had this experience and if so, what did the midwife do? i've read things online that say that the baby's blood will be tested and the shot administered within 72 hours after delivery if baby is rh pos...

also, hi! i've been lurking on this forum for some time while making the switch to natural birth, though we will be delivery in a freestanding birth center rather than at home...do i still belong here?

A midwife would handle it in much the same way, so no worries! Just be sure to bring it up with her and ask all the questions you need to!
