Well my younger sister is having a baby in november and she's having her babyshower on October 10.

I don't know what to get her and she hasn't been able to buy anything since she stopped working due to being on bedrest because of pre-term labor.

She needs practicaly everything but I want my gift to be something special, something she will remember that I gave to her. I know its going to be special regardless but I want my gift to stand out KWIM?

So any unique gift ideas?

Diaper cakes make cute gifts and so do baskets filled with goodies. You can use a theme for your gift. Examples are:
Diaper Bag filled with diapers, wipes, bottles, etc.
Bath tub filled with things you need at bath time.
Laundry basket filled with detergent, hangers, and cute outfits.
Wicker basket filled with books, sleepers/gowns, security blanket, stuffed animal, etc.

With your sister needing everything you have so many choices. It would be nice to get her one of the larger things that baby needs like the carseat or bassinet but they can be pricey. What ever you get her I'm sure she'll love it
