We were very shielded from things like this; my mom threw out the tv when I was young. So I had to stick with books for my thrills, and I loved scaring the bejeesus out of myself with ghost stories, lol.

For me it's still the classic psychological thrillers that get me. Can't watch anything hitchcock, or classic stephen king, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with Mia Farrow in it. The whole gammut bothers me.

And I could guarantee you, when I got old enough to babysit, every single time I did a night sitting job, there would be 10 channels with nothing but these old horror movies on - The birds, Rosemary's Baby, Psycho, the Exorcist, Poltergeist...Still can't watch em. And I'm almost 40.
