My husband and I decided to not exchange gifts this year because we bought ourselves a new king size bed.
But I couldn't imagine him not having anything to open on Christmas, so I got him a few small things.
Well there was one little box under the tree for me too.
When I opened it, I nearly passed out. It was an ipod. I love the thing. I put pictures, and a ton of songs on it already.

So much for not exchanging gifts!

AWESOME! I have always wanted a King size! I am still waiting tho! What a great suprise with the Ipod! I got a pink one for my bday and I love the thing.

For Christmas I got a pink Nintendo DS lite lol and Animal Crossing and the New Super Mario bros. I also got some stocking stuffers (mmm shampoo that smells like coconuts!) and from his family I got perfume, a scarf, a bath and body set, socks and some other small things. My family didnt exchange gifts this year, we just bought for the kids who btw were spoiled rotten this year! Thank God its only once a year!

It was a nice year for me, I must admit.

I got an early Christmas present of a bedroom suite (Queen head and foot boards, 2 chests, an amiore, and a nightstand), along with new bedding. This was pretty unexpected, since I got new living room furniture a couple of months ago.

In addition, I got the third season of Buffy, bath and body works stuff, an eternity necklace, gift cards to Starbucks/Olive Garden/Red Lobster, a willow tree figure, a chicken soup for the expecting mother book, scrapbooking stuff, several candles, and spa stuff for the bath!

I think that about covers it. Not too bad, I must say! Oh, I forgot... DH was actually able to be home all day Christmas... it seems like he normally has to work, but he's was off yesterday, and he's off January 1 and 2nd, so we can actually celebrate our anniversary! I hope everyone had a nice day and enjoyed family and food!!

Ok I had an awesome x-mas!

from DH I got-
George Foreman grill with dishwasher safe plates and the interchangeable plates, so I can make waffles, or grill, or bake with it. I had wanted one for a while so it was so great to get it. Oh and it's red too.

I got Kitchenaid pots and pans. Ours were so crappy and I wanted new ones. They are blue.

My hubby told me to go shopping and get myself some nice clothes to make me feel good in. So I spent $125 on some nice clothes

from my family DH and I got-

a crock-pot
an electric wok
chinese and slow cooker recipe books
bamboo spoons
salt and pepper grinders
mini food processor
oil and vinegar set

We also got $$ from relatives.

I had a great x-mas!

I got a "pampering" gift card from my dad and stepmom!!. Oh I can't wait to use it!. It gives me a massage, a pedicure, a manicure and a facial. Exactly what I wanted!!. I think the whole thing is 4 hours long so I get 4 hours of pampering .

From my mom and stepfather, I got a photo frame and a mantel clock, but we have no where to put the clock, so she said she will return it for something else

From my hubby....I got to sort of pick out my own stuff. In the beginning of this month, my DH broke his right leg at work , so he was unable to go and get me anything. So I just sort of went out and got some stuff that I wanted. I bought myself a makeup kit, a makeup bag and a trimmer. I needed my own trimmer really bad!. I usually just used his, but it was time for my own

hmmm, I got coach bag and a coach ipod case, and a coach scarf...do you see a theme? I also got an aluminum case for my cell since I am always dropping it, a food processor (that I asked for), an atomic alarm clock (we have power failures in the summer and I could not bear to set a clock again!), some games, wine, cookies (homemade specially for us!!), clothes, some paperbacks... it was a good christmas, especially since I wish we would stop buying for each other and just get the kids!

**ETA love the pampering gift, my best friend did that for me the day before I had to have surgery so I was rested, it was awesome!!

All kinds of scrap booking stuff
Hand crochet scar & hat (very cute)
Willow Tree Nativity Scene (It's huge so I get a few pieces each year)
A few gift cards

Lots of stuff from The Body Shop in my stocking (Yep there were 9 people there and we all still get so much
stuff in a stocking that most of it is in a pile on the floor because it will not fit!)
