About 8 weeks pp I got the depo shot. I've been bleeding at my doctor says I have adbormal uterine bleeding from the depo. He suggests I switch to the IUD. Bleeding from the depo usually lasts the first month or so, mine lasted about 2 months and on and off since then. What is some of your experiences with the IUD &nd depo? Anyone had aub from depo? If so, did you continue with your next shot or switch bc? sorry if tmi!

Thanks in advance. I have about 3 weeks before I need my next depo shot if I continue or to switch.

I don't know anything about depo but I have an IUD. I spotted for about a month and a half after I had it put in and it's great! PLus i can just take it out whenever/ if-ever we go to have another baby!

I think there's a birth control board here and there might be someone who knows about depo and AUB GL!
