So we are trying to wean ds off alimentum and onto a milk based formula. We are trying Goodstart gentle. I am currently mixing half amd half. He seems fine...no rashes..accept he is pooping more frequently and his poop is watery. It tends to mess his clothes...but he is pnly pooping twice a dau on average so its not constant. He has a little more gas but none of it seems to bother him. He is happy as ever. I am hoping to get him totally onto the goodstart over a few weeks. He wascon alimentum because of a suspected milk alletgy but no rasj with this new formula. It seems much more gentle then the similac we tried. We tried soy and he spit it up awful and got exzema all over his face. Anyway, since he seems happy should i worry about the loose stools? We have increased his intake too so that might account for the frequency. The doc pretty much said try what we think works lol. Im not one for doctors anyway unless they are sick.
