So, my 3 month old has been waking up at 5am for weeks, and we need him to sleep until at least 6:30 for sanity's sake. I've tried looking up help (neither my husband nor I have helpful mother's to ask), but one site will say put him to bed later, another says earlier, and basically we're clueless. Usually we aim for 8pm.

He really has no routine to stick to, as we moved when he was a couple weeks old, he had a tongue tie that caused a lot of problems, and to top it off my monster in law taught him to sleep all day and ONLY in someone's arms (which took weeks to correct). Every time I get him into a groove he hits a new development and the routine goes out the window. He may or may not be going through the 4 month regression now, as he is avoiding naps like the plague.


Does anyone have any sleep advice to pass along at all? Are there basics of baby sleep I'm not aware of? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
