What settings do you use when you animate to reduce graininess?

When you click "Save for Web and Devices," which settings are the best to use to maximize the photo quality? I'm talking about where it says Diffusion/Selective/Perceptual and all of that. I don't know what any of the terms mean, and I think I've managed to mess up my default settings, so I'm curious as to what everyone else recommends.

it would be different for me cause i animate in Animation Shop
