Have you ever spent a day cooking a bunch of meals and froze them to use during the month?

No. But when I make certain things like lasagna I always make extra to put in the freezer. We only have the freezer with the fridge right now...as soon as we build a shed and have electricity running to it, I would like to have a freezer out there. Then I will prolly do stuff like that.

My aunt only visits once a year and freezes items like lasagna and other dishes. We eat them throughout the year and it's fine Some sauces have a lifespan of 3 months so we have to re-do those. But it works out well. And when our aunt comes back to visit, she repeats the process and we're all happy
