Now I'm in the mood for a pizza dish.. if anyone wants a crack at making their own pizza..here is a fun recipe to have.

Fresh Basil-Chicken Pizza
Recipe Rating:

Prep Time: 20 min
Total Time: 58 min
Makes: 6 servings

1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix, divided
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pre-baked pizza crust (12 inch)
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

PREPARE salad dressing mix as directed on envelope. Remove 1/4 cup of the dressing; place in small bowl. Refrigerate for later use. Pour remaining dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
PREHEAT oven to 450F. Meanwhile, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the reserved dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Brush remaining 2 Tbsp. reserved dressing onto pizza crust; top with tomatoes, basil, chicken and cheese.
BAKE 8 min. or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through.

First of all, from the local pizza joint called Marinos Best pizza in the city. We get pepperoni and cheese. Mmm!

I also really like white/broccoli pizza. DH isn't crazy on that, though, so I don't get it much.
