What are the common challenges that you have in obtaining the nutrition you need daily? I mean, with work, other kids and the struggles of a busy life, it is so difficult to find time to prepare meals that have the extra vitamins that I need and to stay away from the things I don't need.

Does anyone else feel this way? What problems do you have and how do you over come this?

Do you make things ahead of time and have them ready to take to work for lunch? I tried that, but I seem to not be organized enough to get that done on Sundays for the week. Always seems I have something to do.

Just wondering if others are having the same challenges.
