This is probaly going to turn more into a vent...so,I'm sorry in advance

So...Emily had cheerleading camp at 10:15 until 11:30. After we went and picked up Joe's two nephews and neice. We went to walmart to pick up a couple intertubes for the pool. Then back home to make lunch for five kids All the kids and I were swimming,Ryan was down for his afternoon nap. The kids Mom(my SIL) got home from work and we chatted a bit. Next thing I see,Joe's older nephew and cousin came over. This was REALLY odd because they dont just show up and then for it to be when Joe was still working...weird! Well...Joe's one cousin was drinking and soon I realized he was drunk. I had neighborhood kids here as well I told him straight up...."I am going to be really angry if you show your ***** in front of these kids..." I should have just kicked him out...but then I would have been the 'you know what' and everyone would be mad at me. Well....things got out of hand....quick! He got so drunk in the matter of like 30 minutes. It started raining/storming and the one lil' guy down the street wanted to go home. Well Jamie(cousin) started acting the fool...making a complete idiot out of himself and being really mrean to this kid. I stepped in and stopped it and the lil' guy went home. Next things started on my daughter. Emily is super strong willed and NOT afraid of much. He started wrestling with her...and again I knew it wasnt going to end well, but I didnt end it. I was there at this point alone with Emily....everyone else left me with these two guys, one of which was drunk in the middle of the afternoon. Wrestling got out of hand when Jamie pinned Emily down and took his arm up to her throat...calling her a "sissy girl" I got sooo angry! I came unglued on this guy and Joe's nephew backed me....FINALLY! He left and things calmed down. Until we went to a birthday party tonight and had to see him again. He didnt even remember it...told Joe it didnt happen like that and he didnt talk bad or pin Emily. Joe knows better, and it helps that his nephew told him everything that happened.

My day was really stressful...it may seem like something minor...but it happened so fast and these poor babies had to witness an adult in such a stupid state. I am ashamed I had to explain to my sweet little girl about beer and that we know Jamie isnt really like THAT.

Too much stress. Bad day.
Nichole,Mommy to Emily and Ryan
