It's Prematurity Awareness Month, and the 17th is World Prematurity Day. How will you be observing it this year?

I just found this out today! I was looking for ribbons and things like that, but it seems there is some confusion about the ribbon colors. I have seen a pink and blue ribbon for prematurity, but it is also the ribbon for infant loss. Then there is a purple ribbon for the March of Dimes. I'm confused on which one I should be using, so if anyone can fill me in please do! I have also started posting things on FB about prematurity awareness.

I have always seen pink and blue too for ribbons for prematurity. March of Dimes is all about the purple, though, when we do the walk we always get purple tshirts from them for participating. Speaking of which, if you donate to March of Dimes before the end of the year, their board will match your gift. So it is good to sign up for next year's walk and start fundraising in December...also gives people a chance to donate before the end of the tax year.
