Welcome, and huge huge hugs! It is really incredibly hard to balance your kids at home and your kids in the hospital. Let me say this: right now, the twins are being taken care of by some of the most highly-trained babysitters in the world, and although they need you, they are in good hands. It used to break my heart every time I had to leave Jim in the hospital, but I also knew that he needed to rest and grow, and me sitting by his incubator wasn't going to make him grow any faster. It's the same with your twins, and I bet your older kids need you a lot right now too. They're probably worrying about their baby brother and baby sister just like you are, and having you around probably helps them cope. I know it's impossible not to feel awful leaving the twins, so I'll just say, be gentle with yourself during this time and try your best not to put yourself down for juggling things as best you can.

How are the twins doing? It looks from your siggy like they're growing, that is great news!
