Anyone tried them? Do you need a new one for every diaper change? Are they wipe and clean like thirsties duo wraps? Do they leak a lot? Any input in great!

I own 2 snap solid-color weehuggers size 2s. I heard the printed ones can wick so I got the solids.

Do you need a new one for every diaper change?
I don't. If the underdiaper gets totally soaked or I have insufficient absorbency inside, or DH puts it on too loose so the front sags down... then yes the soft fabric by baby's skin is wonderful but this is its downside!

Are they wipe and clean like thirsties duo wraps?
No, because of the fabric lining the front and back flaps. Otherwise they are very similar to thirsties duos with the rise snaps and double gussets and full coverage. Except that they have soft fabric on the flaps, fabric bound edges not FOE (softer and nicer imo), and a snugger less poofy fit than the duos. Oh and 2 rows of snaps, which is awesome for me with my chunky legged skinny waisted baby!

Do they leak a lot?
Never had a leak. Love the double gussets!

I like my weehuggers a lot and hope to use them with trifolded pfs or padfolded flats once my baby's poops firm up more. Right now they are one of our bulletproof cover options along with duos and GAD PUL covers.

I just wanted to add my review of Weehuggers on a NB. They are fabulous! I have two sz1 covers for my NB who started wearing them at about 7 1/2lbs. I love that there are two pockets in front and back to hold the pf in place. Also, the Velcro is SUPER strong and the edging around the legs and top front/back of the diaper is sooo soft; like velour almost. So comfy for a NB. I wipe the inside of the diaper and inside of the pockets out with a wipe and reuse without issue. These are def one of my favorite covers for my NB.
