This is so strange,
with my 2 previous losses i lost all sxs about a week after being told that my wee one would not make it.
Was told that again about 2 weeks and then again on thursday as well.
Thing is, my boobs still hurt, i still feel tired, as if nothing has changed...
Has anyone else have that happen before loosing their lo?
Thanks, Bine.

your a little further along and your HCG got pretty high Im sure. When this happens, the hcg starts to plateau. Not really drop. Could be weeks before you start to drop, then the m/c would happen. So your body still has all the hormome and senses of being pg. I had all my senses days after the d&c, cause my HCG was over 100,000. Takes awhile, Im so sorry, this is just not fair. Our bodies wanted the baby, just dont know why they did not make it.

I felt the same and had a missed m/c at 11 weeks. (Baby stopped growing at 7 weeks) I think part might have just been that my body hadn't realized that the baby wasn't growing and part was because i wasn't ready to emotionally accept the loss.

I am sorry you are going through this. Take care of yourself.

I had the same thing. I even continued to look pregnant and have morning sickness for a month afterward. It was really hard because I felt so pregnant and I looked pregnant. People would even stop me and ask when I was due and I would break down in tears and just walk away. I am sure people thought I was nuts but I just could not handle it. I am so sorry you are going through this.

Rhyssa, have you had a d&c? You haven't, right? If that's so, then as far as your body is concerned, you are still pregnant. And that's why you still feel pregnant. I'm sorry you are dealing with that though!

Thanks to babydoll213 for the siggy! My kids' blog Cora's blog

I pretty much felt the same way until I had the D&C. I am so sorry you are going through this pain and on top of it still feeling it physically.

Since your levels are still so high it may be awhile. Definately one of the cruel sides of a loss. Not only do you not get your baby but you still have to feel pg for some time.
