I have terrible cramping today. I am one of the lucky ones that never cramps before AF. I had the D&C on 4/11, I think I O'd on 4/21 and I am clockwork on a 21 day cycle. I know that after a loss that your cycle is off so I don't think it is AF. At my 2 week check up all was great, my uterus was fully back to normal. I don't have a reason to think anything is wrong but the cramping is very uncomfortable.

Has anyone else experienced this 2+ weeks after a D&C?

I didn't have a D&C so I can't answer that. I did have surgery on the 17th and had some bleeding shortly after and have had very mild spotting ever since. I am actually cramping today as well. Sorry I can't tell you more but our bodies do weird things(especially in my case) so I could never begin to explain or understand most of it.

Nope, no cramping for me either. In fact I think I have AF right now, and it has been the most weird AF ever. So very light, with no cramping, no heavy feeling, no clots, I just cant figure this out!! I guess thats why they say it will be irregular for awhile after the d&c.
