Some days are still hard for me, and having passed the date I lost my little boy, Keegan (19w5d) a couple weeks ago, I can't help but feel hurt. I feel positive about this baby, I have my cerclage and thank God, no cervical changes yet.

But I still have dreams about him. Sometimes I wake up when this baby is kicking and think it's him.

Im so sorry your not able to enjoy this pregnancy as much as you should. I cant even imagine how that would feel to "feel the new baby" and think of your lost little boy. This baby is so lucky, I have to say, cause there is no doubt that he/she will be ever so loved by you.
momma of 8 beautiful children now. Most recent is Jerry Jr. born 11/19/12 at 37wk, 7lbs 6oz and 19.5inches and Baby Reymundo born 10/7/13 at 35w6d, 6lbs 7oz, 19.5 inches. Momma of 5 angels. New siggy to come!

I've done that before. Not only did I wake up a couple of times while pregnant with Erin thinking she was Cora, but I have even called Erin by Cora's name a couple of times. Being pregnant after a loss--especially when you reached a point when you felt your angel baby move--is ever so hard.

Let yourself miss Keegan. Being pregnant again doesn't meant that you should be "over" losing your son. It's its own special ball of crazy emotions and fears, and it's not wrong to still be missing your baby boy. I know I still miss Cora, every day.

Anyway, have we added Keegan to the angel memorial list? If not, please add your information. If I have and just don't remember, I apologize, and just ignore this last bit.

Thanks to babydoll213 for the siggy! My kids' blog Cora's blog

Hugs Sweetie! I know it's such a hard time. I was on edge most of my pg with Ellie until I passed 28wks 6 days( when I lost Annika). Even tho I had a dozen U/S to show she was healthy I was still afraid she would come early like her big sister and wouldn't make it.
We're here for you.
