First go to this site 500ml Brushes and choose any brush set that you'd like.

Once you've chosen a brush set, download the .abr file onto your computer. Unzip the file. Now you need to put the abr file into PSE.

Go to My Computer and find the brush file you just downloaded. Then choose Move File. When the Move Dialog box opens choose:
C Drive (or whatever drive you have PSE saved on)
Program Files
Photoshop Elements
Now click the Move button in the Dialog Box.

Go back to PSE
Activate your Brush Tool
Go to the drop down menu where you can choose the type of brush you want to use
Click the small arrow on the right, this will open another menu
Choose Load Brushes
Find the brush you just downloaded and click on it

Now your new downloaded brush set should be active!

Thanks! I just tried this and it worked great! Now I just need some experience working with brushes!
