I am so bummed, I have to start back at work on the 19th.
I can't believe it has already been 7 weeks since Alexa was born. I would give anything to be able to stay home with her but I make more $ than DH and with 2 kids in Catholic school there is no way.
I have been trying to talk DH into getting a PT job and staying home with Alexa but then we would have to switch the kids to public school. I have nothing against public but David is already in 4th grade. I think a switch for him would be very difficult. That and my parents would totally flip (that alone would make it quite entertaining ).
Any way, just wanted to vent...Thanks for listening.

Going back to work is hard. My first day back was 9/15. I can't say that it is easy, but I can say that it has progressively gotten easier. Hang in there! We are here for you whatever you need.

Oh Katie, I'm sorry it's that time....I been back at work for 5 months now, and I won't lie to you, it's hard at the beginning, but it does get easier. Actually for me, it's harder now to leave him that before. Where will you leave Alexa?
