I introduced a new sign to Jonah today. We were at a parade, and Jonah was in his wagon. After the parade, there was a little town festival. Jonah kept trying to stand up in his wagon while it was moving! where did he get that from???? So we started the sign for "sit" I think he was getting it, because he'd stand up and then look at my hands to see if I was going to sign it, and I would and he'd sit back down.

I point my index and middle finger out on my left hand, then do the same with my right, but kind of tap the fingers on my right hand on top of the fingers on my left. I don't know if that makes sense AT ALL, so here is a picture LOL

Has anyone else had to introduce this sign? Do you plan to when your child can stand up?

Click the blinkies!

Thank You, Pattyandthemoos, for my beautiful siggy!
