Ive been teaching him it every time i nurse or give him a bottle since he was a mo and a half old, and now that hes 6 mo.. hes done it a handful of times... The first time i thought it may be a fluke, but hes really doing it !! lol

Now im still doing "eat" "more" "all done" "Mom and dad" "cat".. we 'll see how he does.

What else should i be teaching him at this age... anything i can?

Wtg Nevan! It's so exciting when they finally start signing back. Go ahead and teach him however many words you feel comfortable with. It looks like you're already off to a good start with the words you are teaching him now.

Yay Nevan! That's so exciting, and I can tell that you're really excited too!

I agree, teach him whatever you feel comfortable with. Something that I find helpful (if you're ready to start adding more) are signs for their favorite toys, like book or ball or blankie, or even a sign for his pacifier. I also really like the sign for diaper change at this age. Just a few ideas, only add what you feel comfortable with, though!

Thank You, Pattyandthemoos, for my beautiful siggy!
