Are there any programs out there that are free that allow for selective color pull? Where the whole picture is black and white and say flowers are color???

Where did you find it?

Sorry for my delay in response. I am not sure if I fully understand your question, tho. Are you trying to find software that allows you "pick colors" like from a picture or something similar? Or do need a program that allows you to change colors within pictures?

If you are trying to pick colors from something then ColorCop is my suggestion.

If your talking about changing colors within a photo that are free then I suggest either Gimp or Paint.net. This programs pretty much do the same thing as Photoshop but are absolutely free. There are a variety of tricks you can use to change photos using these programs that I will be more than happy to give you if you like.

Gimp - GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
Paint.NET - Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing
