After you've clicked the link to the blinkie in Chrystal's post, right click the image and from the menu that pops up, click "Copy Image URL".

Return to JustMommies and look for "User CP" (cp= control panel) kind of near the top of the page, but under the main logo, and click that.

Look at the list on the left of the screen. Click "Edit Signature".

You see your signature as it appears now and a window where you can type new stuff into it. In this window, paste (Edit-->Paste or Control+P) the URL (link) of the image you copied. The link should appear. The next step is to type the tags exactly as they appear here at the beginning and end of the URL with no spaces so you get this: [IMG]URL[/IMG]

Forgot to add this.. Oops lol. After doing these steps, you need to click the save button under that window to apply these changes to your signature before you navigate away from the edit signature page.
