Bear with me ... I'm just not getting in with the "frugal" cooking .. so some of what I post might not be what YOU consider truly frugal.

2 tubes pillsbury refridgerated biscuits (the cheapest kind .... comes in 4 tube pack ... I usually get generic too)
1 jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozerella (omg it's late... I can't spell!) cheese or 1 cup moz. and 1 cup cheddar
1 lb ground beef, turkey, sausage, or whatever kind of meat you can get cheapest
Assorted pizza topping stuff you like (veggies, pepperoni, etc)

Brown meat and drain. Cut biscuits into quarters and put in a big mixing bowl. Add sauce, 3/4 of the cheese, and any other pizza toppings that you like. Stir gently. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cheese. Bake @ 350 until knife inserted into biscuits comes out clean (about 30-45 min ... I can't remember )
