This is how I always prepare my cake mixes that I get for super cheap!

1 box cake mix any flavor
1 can diet soda
1 egg white

Pour all ingredients together and mix well. DO NOT add the oil or eggs the recipe calls for. Bake as the box suggests! I have served this to tons of people and no one can guess that the fat has been removed! The cake is super super moist! The egg white is essential in this recipe as it keeps the cake from falling apart its so moist!

Here are some flavor creations I have tried!

Lemon cake mix with diet sprite/fresca
Devils food cake mix with diet coke
Spice cake with diet cream soda
Vanilla cake mix with diet sprite
chocolate with diet cherry coke

I also make these into cupcakes and stretch the batter out to get 24! If you make 24 cupcakes they are around a 100 calories each!
