Is it a privlege? Or is it a right?

Is it really a privlege anymore? I think it's become more of a necessity in our modern world.

I think its a privledge. It will always be a privledge. Its a necessity for some but that doesnt mean it should be taken for granted.

Its not necessity for me. We dont drive. It would be inconvient for us to drive. It all depends where you live.

its a privledge because you can have your right taken away if you dont follow the rules.

It's a privilege and should be treated as such. While I have a car, I am sure there are plenty of other ways I can get around town without it. It's a nice thing to have, but I can live without it (not that I really want to!).

It's most definitly a privelege. It's something that in the wrong hands could be very deadly, not only to yourself but to everyone else on the road. Abuse that privelege and you better have it taken away. If it was a right you could pretty much do whatever you wanted with driving, and it should never be that way.

it is a priviledge not a right, As ive stated in the drinking and driving forum.

We dont NEED to drive (busses, walking etc) If you are going to drive, you have to be a responsible driver and that if you arent responsible you can have that priviledge taken away from you. That is why you have to get a license in order to drive.
