Hello my husband and I are adoptin. She is due in 3 weeks. I have started trying to induce relaction. I have only been pumping following breast massage for 2 days. I have gotten 1 drop twice out of 1 breast. How long will it take should u try medications and herbs?

I recommend 'mothers milk' tea by 'traditional medicinals' also, since you don't have the baby latching yet, you should avoid food in the cabbage and parsley families because they are known to reduce lactation in some cases. Be aware that the first week of feeding can be painful, but stick it out! I am so glad to hear of someone willing to give the best for their chosen baby! Also-make sure you relax, don't worry about output as the baby will regulate that in his/her own time. But if you are tense it will be harder for letdown, so deep breathe, relax your throat and forehead, and visualize milk coming out. As a mother of three... This works, especially when you have pain.

Fenugreek and Marshmallow Root

You think the only people who are people, are the people who look and think like you, but if you walk the footsteps of stranger, you'll learn things you knew... you never knew.
