ive read about ions in the FAQ. to what degreee does that need to be manipulated? for a boy, it says to expose yourself to certain things like electric blankets, heating pads, microwaves, MRIs, gold. for how long tho? and how frequent? and how impt is the ion part?

I would stay away from the things that heat you up, like the electric blanket, b/c heat favours girl sperm more, boy sperm get killed off by too much heat.. Im not sure how much the ions sway, but i wear alot more silver, and ive had 4 boys. I did used to eat alot of ready meals so used the microwave alot. But i think it was the salt in the micro meals that swayed me blue more.
