New to the site and hoping someone can help me get that girl. We already have 4 boys and this is our last time trying for a baby. Though we just want a healthy child but we would really like a girl. I'm already taking prenatal vitamins. What other things can I do to get that baby girl?

Hi! I can't tell you much about swaying for a girl, although I do have two girls myself The stickies on the top of the page have some great lists for supplements as well as diets for a girl. We are ttc right now, swaying for a boy.

Prenatal sway boy. I would just take folic acid. Also calcium citrate tablets, magnesium, and cranberry supplements. ( the cranberry can thin blood so if you have thin blood already or are on designing or any other blood thinner don't take) ( also don't take magnesium if you have a heart condition) take sudafed an hour before dtd. Get your dh to avoid coffee for a few hours before dtd. Drink peppermint tea and also chamomile tea. Eat lots of low salt dairy foods, rice, some chicken. Drink water, don't eat breakfast or snack in between meals green beans sway girl too. The idea when ttc a girl is to have a low calorie low vitamin diet. Low salt and low potassium.

I will be prepping with a LE (low everything) diet starting in Oct/Nov to sway pink. With my girls I only ate 1-2 meals a day, I was really thin, couch potatoish, etc. I also concieved in the new moon with them and the full moon for the boys. The boys - I ate healthier, ate three meals (including breakfast) snacked and all in all my weight was 20-30# higher, and I was exercising more.

Red meat sways boy too I believe. This time I will just be taking my folic acid as it doesn't sway.
