That video is so very true. Thanks for sharing. It must be so difficult to go through that with your child. Homeschooling seems like the only option.

Thank you for sharing, I didn't even know that foundation existed!
I looked on their website and their third post down (Misdiagnosis of Gifted Children) could have described my elementary, middle and high school experience. Funny, it even cites 2nd grade as the example and that was the year that I mentally "dropped out." I wasn't given a misdiagnosis per se, but was labeled "too quiet" and written off because of that.
