What do you kids usually have for lunch? Home-cooked? Packed in a lunchbox? School cafeteria? Take-out?

The boys - school cafeteria NEVER. Always from home lunch and I usually pack them: Sandwich (egg salad, turkey, or ham), fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, granola bar, and a snack (like Veggie Straws or sun chips).

Erin never bought school lunches either until this year. At her new school all food is HOMEMADE and she has bought twice. She loved the food both times and is planning on buying more - although lunch costs $4.50. Ouch. But, she had a pasta bar, taco bar, and steak sandwiches on homemade rolls. They also have the choice of a salad bar all the time too. Sometimes she rushes me to get her to school earlier so she can buy a homemade muffin in the morning. She said it smells amazing in the mornings!!!

Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my awesome siggy!!!
