We had to take the TV and VCR away from our dd this weekend.Alexis loves watching Seasame Street movies and she watches them especially when she needs to settle and have some alone time. Well, Friday she started putting her feet on the TV and pushing the TV with her feet. We told her 3 times to stop putting her feet on the TV, and after the 4th time, I told her, if you keep putting you feet on the TV, mommy and daddy will take it away. So she did it again, and we took the TV away.

Friday night she was hysterical because she couldn't watch her movie, Saturday, she asked about 6-7 times, but didn't get too mad about it. Yesterday, she only asked 1-2 times. We aren't going to give it back to her for awhile. She was spending too much time in front of it (partly our fault because we ciould get so much done around the house with her watching her movies) anyways.

My ds loves Sesame Street, too. He's done the same thing with the tv. We've had to take it away as well. He would try to turn it on or take me too it, since he doesn't talk much.

For Abby it used to be Barney....Barney...Barney....Barney.
Now she doesn't really have a favorite right now. She says she likes Spongebob but she doesn't have the attention span to sit for it very often.
