I just started weaning Hailey off BM today and of course I'm in pain and uncomfortable. I've pumped 3x day since August and my boobs feel like they are about to EXPLODE! lol...

Would anyone here know what I can do for the pain/discomfort? Esp. what to do at night...?

Lol the post muncher ate them all. Sometimes they come back, sometimes they don't .

Have you given cabbage leaves a try? I've heard that if you're allergic to sulfas or something like that then its not a good idea, but if you're not then they can really help. Grab a head of cabbage from the grocery store, pop it in the crisper. Once its cold take some leaves out, cut out the spines (they'll hurt if you leave them, I learned this the hard way) and put the leaves in your bra and leave them until they wilt. The cold will help and there is something in cabbage leaves that is an anti-inflammatory.

Sage tea is also supposed to help speed up the process. How are things going with you now?
