We had a great Christmas. Alexander was a bit cranky in the morning, and not very interested in watching his presents be opened. As soon as he got a toy he liked, he played with it the whole time, and ignored all the other stuff. Nicolette, however, watched me open every one of her gifts! But then, Alexander had a nap, and he opened the stuff from his grandparents. They got him a bunch of Wubbzy stuff. Boy was he thrilled! He even got up and hugged his grandma at one point! Let me tell you, that really made her Chrstmas! She was seriously on cloud 9. I don't know if he understood that she got him the present, and he was trying to say thank you or if he just was excited and went to her. Either way, it was really special. A great day, indeed. How about you guys?

How sweet that he hugged his grandma! I'm sure it's a Christmas she'll never forget

My parents didn't get to my house on Christmas day til the boys were almost ready for a nap Both boys unwrapped two gifts before having total meltdowns.
I told everyone they were going have to wait until after nap time to continue.
Thankfully, it went much smoother after they had rest. Kade socialized and Xavier ran off to play with all of his old toys rather than anything he got for Christmas
