I am 36 years old. My husband and I have just started our first round of 50 mg Clomid this past month. I am on cd 17 and every ovulation test has been negative so far. I began testing cd 10. I am using the Clearblue digital tests. On cycle days 13 and 14 I had heavy cm and had pains in both sides of pelvic area. Is is possible to have ovulated and not have a + ovulation test? I've been testing every afternoon at 1:00 p.m. We've had one child since by tubal reversal with no complications.

I have heard that Clomid can make you o later than usual. Are you having any monitoring done, like ultrasounds to check follicles and/or blood work to check progesterone levels? I think progesterone is measured on day 21 (today?) and it should be within a certain range if you O'd.

Try posting your question on the TTC with Medical Advice (TTCMA) board. Those ladies know their stuff and it's a pretty active board.

Good luck!

Thank you so much for your reply! I see the Dr this afternoon. I'll also try posting on the board you recommended. Much appreciated!
